Requirements
1. A family extract of civil status (recent IKhraj Kayd) showing that the marriage has been registered in the Lebanese civil registry for more than a year.
2. Two copies of the wife's passport with the husband's last name added on it or a proof that the marriage is registered on the wife civil status in her country.
3. The wife's birth certificate and I.D. along with two copies of both (translated to Arabic in case it is in another language).
4. The Lebanese or Omani marriage certificate if available. (You need to make sure that the wife's PLACE OF BIRTH is the same on her Birth certificate, Marriage certificate and Passport).
5. The husband's Lebanese passport with two copies.
6. Filled Citizenship Application form.(Click here to download)
7. Copy of the Omani resident card for both wife and husband.
8. Fees paid in cash: R.O 20.00.
