- The certificate/transcript must to be notarized by the school, college, or university notary.
- It then must be authenticated by the Ministry of Education and Foreign Affairs.
- A Passport and ID Copy.
N.B. Please note that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman requires that the original Academic Certificates be presented upon legalization of the true copy (School, College, and University Certificates and Transcripts)

- Legalization of all documents notarized by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Fee of R.O 8.00 (cash) per document.
- Legalization of documents notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Oman Fees are listed according to the type of document:
1. Certificates, transcripts: R.O 24.00(cash).
2. Birth, Marriage and Divorce Certificates: R.O 24.00(cash).
3. Special Power of Attorney: R.O 20.00(cash) per principal.
4. General Power of Attorney: R.O 40.00(cash) per principal.
5. Commercial Documents: R.O 90.00(cash), in addition for a fee of 4/1000 of the total amount of money mentioned in the document
6. Contracts: R.O 50.00(cash).
